Menopause can be a confusing and challenging time, especially with the lack of clarity and support from the medical profession. But don’t worry, I’m here to help you navigate through this transformative phase. As someone who has experienced crippling menopausal anxiety myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be. But I’ve come out the other side stronger, more relaxed, and content, and now it’s my mission to help you do the same.
